Meet Gayle Berry

Hi, I am Gayle

International educator, author and advocate for nurturing relationships in the first 1,001 days of life

With over 20 years of experience, Gayle brings together infant mental health, attachment, co-regulation, somatic practices and community to explore how our earliest relationships influence emotional wellbeing and human connection.

She is the founder of Blossom & Berry, an international parent and baby wellness training organisation established in 2002, and the creator of the Love Creates Love philosophy.

Her work explores how nurturing touch, breath, movement, sound and nature can help create opportunities for deeper connection between babies and their caregivers.

Gayle believes that nurturing babies is about more than supporting individual development. It is about nurturing the relationships and communities that surround them.

Her mission is to bring greater awareness to the importance of nurturing care, caregiver wellbeing and embodied connection from the very beginning of life.
