Ditch the overwhelm-Extra points to take away;

Audit your environment:

What is your physical environment like?-Declutter and simplify. Your physical environment is reflective of your mind. Purge your environment and get rid of anything you don’t need or you have now outgrown. Ask yourself, if I did not own this now, would I buy it? If the answer is no, then it needs to go.

What is your digital environment like?-Is your email box bursting? Do you delete old emails? Do you have apps on your phone you don’t need? Do you have photos and screenshots just hanging around on your phone taking up your memory and storage? Start to delete and unsubscribe from emails. Delete any emails over one year as it is unlikely you will action these. You can use folders in your email inbox to keep track of emails on different subjects. Try to limit your time spent on emails as they can often increase stress levels.

What is your mental environment?-Does your mind feel full? Try mindfulness practices and meditation. Try to schedule CEO days or dates with yourself where you recharge yourself and keep yourself inspired. Use to-do lists, journals and apps such as Evernote and Trello.

Create systems for your teaching practice-

Create an onboarding system for all clients when they contact you.
Standard emails you can prepare and send with links to your Facebook Group.
Google forms to store information.
Welcome packs which cover all clients need to know on classes and contraindications etc.
Course bundles with resources you can email out to clients in advance with articles, handouts and extra goodies.
A class checklist so you always have what you need for each class and boxes to store all your equipment and health and safety forms.
Teaching plans for all your courses bound in one folder.
Handouts for all your courses.
End of course systems with gifts, certificates, photos, evaluation forms and extras.
Thank you emails for after courses with referral information, special offers, requests for testimonals and thank yous.
Self-reflective practice sheet for you to evaluate your teaching and improve.

No 1 piece of advice: Keep things simple. Less is more
