Self-love practice

Our mantra is love creates love so here I will be sharing a little self-love practise with you so that you feel full of energy and love to give to others.

Create a small shrine in your home dedicated to you and your spirit. Cover a small table, tray or area with a cloth in a quiet area of your home. You could also put up a wall shelf if you don’t have a special area. Place things on the shrine which energise you, make you smile and celebrate your life. A shrine is a small collection of objects that honour your intention or help bring a dream or goal into focus.

Examples of things might be photos of you and those you love, a special keepsake from a walk in nature, a crystal, a candle, flowers, affirmation cards, figurines or anything that is aligned with your intention.

I also like to put thank you notes on the shrine to express my gratitude.

When you create your shrine, post it into the group if you would like to share it.
