- You can create anything you want when you understand your why, your value, your client and the transformation you can offer. There are no limits.
- Set yourself a vision for your business. Think about how many parents and babies you want to serve. Set yourself a goal for the next month to find X number of new clients using the services you have created.
- At this stage, try and stick to the big picture ideas and tackle one new product at a time. If you want to know how to get something started, like creating a PDF on Canva etc you can google this or post in the group and we can share resources.
- Plan what actions you are going to take in the next 6 months. Only do one project at a time. If they are small ones then you can do one a month but larger ones may take longer.
- In many cases, you will find you have the knowledge and the materials to create new products by slicing up and repurposing course materials you already have or by bundling courses together. Look at what you have that has the most value and lead on that and add on extra options like a membership or up-sell supper clubs, buggy walks and nurture days etc.
Remember that success is always success if it’s on your own terms. Don’t evaluate your success by anyone else’s standards. That’s not success, that’s just winning at the game. Success is when your life feels inflow and you are doing what you love.
There are three powerful exercises you can do after watching this;
- Write a list of your goals and frame them. They are important. Look at them every day.
- Create a vision board for what you want your future to look like. Look at it every day.
- Create a manifesto or mission statement for your business. This will be your guide on every decision you make and will keep you in alignment.

Self-Love Practice
As our mantra is love creates love, we like to include a small self-love practice to nourish and celebrate you.
Move that gorgeous body of yours every single day and learn to love the skin you’re in. We are born to move every day so find a way to move and celebrate your body.
I like to walk my dog every day. I also love to hula hoop and my kitchen is known as the “Kitchen Disco” as I often burst into dancing whilst cooking my kid’s tea! Be playful and move your body in any way that feels good. Movement creates energy and releases tension from the body. Put your energy into motion through movement.
