Here is my masterclass on creating workshops. It is about 30 minutes long and designed to give you new ideas around creating workshops. Get your journal, a pen, get comfy and try not to be disturbed as you work through the course.

You can pause the video at any time to do the exercises and make notes.

These ideas are just the start. I would also love to hear any ideas you have so do post them in the group.

These workshops focus on the postnatal period but you can also hold workshops for parents to be. Check out this great pregnancy and mother to be workshop by one of my wonderful teachers, Colette from Little Lotus Baby.
